Press Menu button.
Menu items appear on the screen.
Press Up or Down button to move to setup .
Press

button to select setup
Press Up or Down button to move to Energency Alert.
Press

button to select Energency Alert.
Press Up or Down button to move to Low/medium Press left or right button to select present/discard.
Press MENU button after the setting is done, and Menu goes to the previous menu. If the EXIT button is pressed, the menu will disappear.
