Getting Started

Getting Started

Before using your i.VoicePRO (“headset”) for the first time, please ensure that

1.the headset is fully charged;

2.the fully charged headset must be paired and connected with a Bluetooth mobile phone.

Charging Your Headset

The headset comes with a built-in rechargeable battery. Prior to using the headset for the first time, you are recommended to fully charge the battery.

3 hours are required to fully charge the headset.

Charging indication will be delayed for a few seconds if the headset has not been used for a long time or the battery is drained.

Pairing Your Headset with a Bluetooth Mobile Phone

1)Ensure the headset is off.

2)To activate the pairing mode, press and hold the headset’s MFB for 8 seconds without releasing your finger until its status indicator flashes blue and red light alternately.

3)Activate your mobile phone’s Bluetooth, search Bluetooth devices, select “i.VoicePRO”

and enter the passcode “0000”. If your mobile phone supports Bluetooth v2.1 “Simple Pairing” function, no passcode is required. When the pairing is completed, the headset’s

status indicator will flash blue light rapidly five times.

 

If the pairing cannot be completed within three minutes after the pairing mode has been

 

activated, the headset’s status indicator will flash purple rapidly five times and then turns

off. Repeat steps 1 to 3 to pair both devices again.

Pairing Your Headset with Two Mobile Phones (Multipoint)

i.VoicePRO supports a Multipoint function to allow simultaneous pairing of the headset with two mobile phones.

1.Follow the pairing procedure as instructed in “Pairing Your Headset with a Bluetooth Mobile Phone” to pair the headset with the first mobile phone.

2.Repeat the pairing procedure for the second mobile phone.

3.On the first mobile phone’s menu, activate its Bluetooth connection with the headset.
