If both LEDs are off, then the PC Card is not turned on and it cannot receive or transmit data. This can be because:

There is no device driver installed

The card and device drivers are mismatched, preventing the device driver from loading

There is a device conflict, preventing the device drivers from loading

If both LEDs are off, take the following actions:

Verify if a device driver has been installed. If not, install the device driver.

Verify the device settings of the PC Card to determine the occurrence of a conflict with another device. If there is a conflict, change the settings of the PC Card or the conflicting device.

Verify the versions of the device driver and the PC Card software.
