STEP 3 (SEE DIAGRAM 3)
A.) Attach the Leg Developer (#6) to the bracket on the Front Stabilizer (#5). Secure it with one M10 x 2 ¾” Hex Bolt (#42), two Ø ¾” Washers (#48), and one M10 Aircraft Nut (#51). Do not over tighten the Nut and Bolt. Make sure the Leg Developer is able to swivel.
B.) Insert two Foam Tubes (#8) halfway through the holes on the Leg Developer. Push four Foam Rolls (#39) onto the Tubes from both ends.
C.) Attach the Arm Curl Handle (#7) to the open bracket on the Leg Developer. Use a
D.) Attach a Spring Clip (#21) onto the weight post on the Leg Developer.
