STEP 4 (See Diagram 4)
A.) Attach the Arm Curl Pad (#52) to the Arm Curl Stand (#17). Secure it with two M8 x 5/8” Allen Bolts (#39) and ∅ 5/8” Washers (#43). Insert the Arm Curl Stand into the opening on the back of Left Upright Beam (#3) for storage. For Arm Curl exercise, remove the Leg Developer and insert the Arm Curl Stand into the opening on the Front Stabilizer.
