Il sistema a induzione è il procedimento di cottura più rapido che esista. A differenza delle piastre tradizionali,

non è la zona di cottura che si riscalda: il calore viene generato direttamente all’interno della pentola, la quale IT dovrà possedere necessariamente un fondo in materiale ferromagnetico.
