BI-WIRING
Many audiophiles recommend using two connecting wires instead of one because two wires share current through a greater conducting area. If you wish to bi-wire your Omega speaker with a single power amplifier, remove the two shorting straps on the rear of the speaker that separate the woofer and midrange/tweeter sections of the crossover network. Two parallel speaker wires are connected to the amplifier’s output (for each channel) and the other ends of the wires are connected to the woofer and midrange/tweeter sections of the speaker. (See figure 4.)
