Still need help?

Remember, your LP130 User’s Guide includes comprehensive instructions on setting up and operating your projector.

1Nothing appears on the screen.

Make sure you have plugged in the power cable, removed the lens cap, and pressed the Power switch on the back of the projector.

2All I see is the InFocus screen.

Make sure the computer cable is connected between the computer and the projec- tor. Try pressing the laptop activation keys once more. Sometimes you need to press them twice to make the image appear on the screen. If you also have a video player plugged into the projector, try pressing the Source button on the keypad or the Data button on the remote.

3There’s no computer image on the screen.

The projector may be having a hard time synchronizing with the computer signal. Try pressing the Menu/select button on the projector keypad or remote to open the menus. Select the Image menu, then turn Auto Image to Off. See the User ’s Guide for more information.

4The computer image fills the screen, but the text is fuzzy and hard to read.

Try setting your laptop’s resolution to the projector’s native resolution (Start/Set- tings/Control Panel/Display/Settings tab, select 1024x768). If your laptop only goes up to 800x600 or 640x480, change the Resize option in the Image menu to Native. The image will be smaller, but it should be sharp. See the User ’s Guide for help with the menus.

5I can only see part of the computer image on the screen.

Try setting your laptop’s resolution to the projector ’s native resolution. With some laptop computers, it’s necessary to disable the laptop display to do this. You use the activation keys to show the image only on the screen.

One of the standout features of the LP130 is its impressive brightness. With a brightness level of 1300 lumens, this projector ensures clear and vibrant images, even in well-lit environments. This is particularly beneficial for business meetings and classrooms where ambient light can often diminish the effectiveness of a presentation.

The LP130 utilizes DLP (Digital Light Processing) technology, known for its ability to produce high-quality images with sharp details and rich colors. This technology enhances the overall viewing experience, making images and videos appear more lifelike. Additionally, the projector boasts a native resolution of SVGA (800x600), which provides sufficient clarity for most standard presentations.

Portability is a key characteristic of the InFocus LP130. Weighing in at just around 5 pounds, it is lightweight and easy to transport, fitting comfortably within a laptop bag. This is especially beneficial for professionals who frequently travel for work. The compact design does not compromise on features, as it includes a variety of connection options, including VGA, composite video, and audio inputs, allowing seamless connectivity to different devices such as laptops, DVD players, and video game consoles.

Another notable feature is the built-in speaker, which provides decent audio quality for small to medium-sized audiences. This eliminates the need for external speakers in many scenarios, adding to the projector's convenience and efficiency.

The LP130 also features an intuitive user interface, making it easy to navigate through the settings and adjust elements such as brightness, contrast, and keystone correction. This ensures that users can quickly set up their presentations without needing extensive technical knowledge.

Overall, the InFocus LP130 is a reliable and efficient portable projector that caters to a wide range of presentation needs.
