TOW BAR ASSEMBLY
Step 4. To unfold tow bar, undo locking pin that is already inserted in the frame and the tow bar (Figures R and S). Remove locking pin from the frame and the tow bar (Figure T). Rotate the tow bar forward so the hitch is at the front of the trailer/stroller (Figure U). To lock tow bar in place
in the tow bar and the frame (Figure V). Lock the loop end of the locking pin over the other end (Figure W).

Step 5. Open the rubber hitch clamp on the tow bar by turning the black knob counter clockwise. Slide rubber hitch clamp under the horizontal frame on the bicycle. This is the side opposite the chain. Tighten black knob clockwise until secured. Wrap tow bar safety strap around horizontal frame stay and clip to metal ring on tow bar (Figure X).
WARNING: You must install the tow bar safety strap around stay on bicycle frame and lock it in place.
