En cuanto al servicio cubierto por la garantía, por favor comuníquese con el departamento de reparaciones de Invacare durante el horario de trabajo habitual o llame en forma gratuita al número que aparece en el anverso de este manual.

Ya recibido el aviso de una supuesta falla en un producto, Invacare emitirá una autorización de devolución con número de serie. El comprador será responsable de empacar el o los productos o la o las partes de manera adecuada a fin de evitar que se dañen durante su traslado y de devolver el o los productos y la o las partes a la planta de Invacare o al centro de reparaciones, según lo haya especificado Invacare por adelantado. El comprador se hará cargo de todos los gastos correspondientes. El o los productos defectuosos o la o las partes componentes deben devolverse para la inspección de garantía con el número de serie, como identificación, dentro de los 30 días de la fecha de autorización de la devolución. NO devuelva ningún producto o parte a nuestra fábrica o centro de reparaciones sin antes contar con nuestra autorización. No se aceptarán envíos con entrega contra reembolso. Tenga a bien abonar con anterioridad todos los gastos de envío.
