NOTE: A - Replacing brakes for	chairs made before 8/1/95 require a	3-hole brake cover to replace the	existing 4-hole cover. This change
may have already been done. Verify with the Customer which brake cover is present.
B - Motors with date code 1996 on the motor label (19 being the week of the year) will use (HD) Brushes. Motors with date code of
1996 or before use (S) Brushes.
C - Coupling with Cup for chairs manufactured before 11/12/01 - Use part # 50000X007 as a direct replacement part.
D - After 11/11/01 Coupling with Cup was resized from approximately 1" to 1-5/16" diameter and can be used as a direct
replacement for part number 5165204
