General Troubleshooting

Problem	Likely Cause	What To Do
Scooba will not	Power is off	Press Power, then press Clean to start
start cleaning		Scooba.

	Battery is not correctly	Remove battery and ensure that battery
	seated	tabs are placed inside Scooba’s guide
		holes before closing Scooba’s tank.
Excessive foam	There is too much	Empty and rinse the Clean tank thoroughly.
coming out of Scooba	cleaning solution	When re-filling, make sure to use only 1.5
	concentrate in Clean	ounces of Scooba cleaning solution and
	tank	to fill the Clean tank completely to the rim
		with water.
Cleaning head sticks	Cleaning head is not	With the tank open, slide the cleaning head
