3.When the water level ceases to drop, use whatever means available to remove any remaining water from the footwell.

4.Turn off power to the spa.

5.Remove the equipment-side cabinet panels and locate the drain plugs in the front of the pump(s) (Figure-A, Page 11). Remove these plugs to allow the water to drain out of the pumps and heater. Note:

Approximately one to two gallons will be released during this procedure. Use a wet/dry vacuum or other means to keep this from flooding the equipment compartment. Replace the drain plugs.

6.Loosen the hose clamp on the circulation pump intake behind the con- trol box (Figure-A, Page 11) and pull the hose off (twist hose back and forth while pulling outward). Tip hose down and allow to drain, then reinstall hose and clamp.

7.Re-install cabinet side panels and cover spa so that no casual moisture can enter into it.

Consult your Authorized Jacuzzi Premium Dealer if you have any questions regarding winter use or winterizing.

11.8 Restarting Your Spa in Cold Weather

If you want to start up your spa after it has sat empty for a time in freezing temperatures, be aware that the water remaining in certain sections of the piping may still be frozen. This situation will block water flow preventing the spa from operating properly and possibly damaging the equipment. We rec- ommend you consult your dealer for guidance before attempting to re-start your spa under these conditions.

12.0 Water Quality Maintenance

Maintaining the quality of the water within specified limits will serve to enhance your enjoyment and prolong the life of the spa's equipment. It is a fairly simple task, but it requires regular attention because the water chemistry involved is a balance of several factors. There is no simple formula, and there is no avoiding it. A careless attitude in regard to water maintenance will result in poor and potentially unhealthful conditions for soaking and even damage to your spa. For specific guidance on maintaining water quality, consult your Authorized Jacuzzi Premium dealer who can recommend appropriate chemi- cal products for sanitizing and maintaining your spa.

CAUTION: Never store spa chemicals inside the spa's equipment bay.

2003+ specifications

Jacuzzi hot tubs, often synonymous with relaxation and luxury, have evolved significantly since 2003, introducing a range of impressive features and technologies that enhance the user experience. Known for their innovative designs and cutting-edge technology, Jacuzzi has positioned itself as a leader in the market, making their products more appealing for both personal and therapeutic use.

One of the standout features of Jacuzzi tubs from 2003 onwards is the incorporation of advanced hydrotherapy. This technology utilizes strategically placed jets to provide customized massage experiences. The adjustable jets allow users to target specific muscle groups, helping to relieve tension and promote relaxation. Furthermore, certain models include pulsating jets that create a soothing, spa-like experience, allowing users to unwind after a long day.

Another significant characteristic of Jacuzzi hot tubs is their energy efficiency. Many models come equipped with advanced insulation and energy-saving components, ensuring that the water heats quickly and maintains temperature effectively. This innovation not only helps in reducing electricity bills but also minimizes environmental impact, making it an attractive choice for eco-conscious consumers.

The Jacuzzi brand is also focused on user-friendly experiences. The introduction of digital control panels has transformed how users interact with their hot tubs. These easy-to-use interfaces allow for precise control over temperature, lighting, and jet functions, enhancing the overall experience. Some models even feature Bluetooth connectivity, enabling users to stream music directly from their devices, creating a more engaging and enjoyable atmosphere.

Additionally, Jacuzzi has placed a strong emphasis on design aesthetics. The tubs come in a variety of shapes, sizes, and finishes, catering to diverse tastes and home landscapes. Whether installed indoors or outdoors, these hot tubs are crafted to enhance the beauty of their environments.

Lastly, safety features have become a priority in Jacuzzi models. Non-slip surfaces, secure handrails, and improved drainage systems are just a few examples of the consideration given to ensuring the wellbeing of users.

In conclusion, Jacuzzi hot tubs released from 2003 and beyond offer a harmonious blend of luxury, technology, and user-oriented design. With their focus on hydrotherapy, energy efficiency, smart controls, aesthetic appeal, and safety, Jacuzzi continues to set the standard for relaxation and wellness in the home spa industry.
