Mounting your camera
The amera may be used on a stable flat surface, such as a desk, or attached to a laptop screen using the laptop clip. To attach the camera to your laptop follow the instructions below:
1.Unplug the mini USB cable from the base of the Flat Panel
2.Detach the top ring of the Flat Panel
3.Plug the mini USB cable into the single ring that is now separate from the base.
4.Clip the new laptop webcam onto your laptop screen.
ArcSoft WebCam Companion™
Arcsoft WebCam Companion is a tool that will allow your GE webcam to function at its full capability. After it is installed according to the instructions on page 5, you may open the application by double clicking on the icon on your desktop. You should see an introduction screen like the one below.
