The provided JVC software lets you create high definition AVCHD discs using standard blank DVD-R media, and your Windows computer with DVD Burner.

An AVCHD disc is a great choice because it contains the original HD video, which can be stored on inexpensive blank DVD-R media.

These discs can be played back in virtually any recent Blu-ray player that has the AVCHD logo.
