No sound is heard.

ZThe speaker connections and/or audio cord connections

are incorrect or loose. ( 5, 9) ZHeadphones are connected.

The sound is distorted.

ZThe speaker layout ( 7) does not match the speaker

position mode ( 13).

No picture appears on the TV.

ZThe video cord connections are incorrect or loose.

The picture does not fit the TV.

No picture is displayed on the TV, the picture is blurred, or the picture is divided into two parts. ZInappropriate color system and scanning mode is

No picture is displayed on the TV or no sound comes out through the HDMI connection. ZThe connected TV is not HDCP-compatible. (“HDCP

ERR” appears on the display.)

ZDisconnect the HDMI cable and connect it again, or use a shorter cable.
