You can locate a particular kind of program from among all the services you can receive by specifying PTY codes.

	“NONE” will appear if no signal is sent.

DLS	Dynamic Label Segment (text messages

Ex. When “NEWS” is selected

The receiver searches all the available ensembles, stops when it finds a program of the selected PTY code, and switches to that service.

•If no program is found, “NOTFOUND” appears on the display.

•To stop searching any time during search, press

CANCEL.

To continue searching after it stops on an unwanted service

While the PTY code is flashing on the display for 10 seconds, press PTY SEARCH again.
