•AC adapter may not be properly connected. Check to see that connections are correct and secure on the left side of the unit and in the wall outlet.
•Be sure the unit is turned ON. Press Power button to power on the player.
•Files may not be in JPEG format. This unit only supports JPEG files.
•Memory card is not inserted. Insert memory card.
•Memory card may not be supported by this unit. Use only SD, MMC, MS or XD cards. Use of different may cause damage to the card of to this unit.
•File may not be on memory card. Make sure image is saved to memory card and
Image is distorted
•Actual image may be distorted. View image on your computer to see if it is a distorted image.
Image is inverted
•Image is upside down or sideways. Press the NAVIGATION
