Anti-Shock Protection

Special circuitry inside the JX-CD573 ensures that there will be no sound skipping when the player is subject to shock or shaking during music playback. The laser scans the CD/MP3 CD and saves data for between 60 and 120 seconds ahead of where the playback is on the disc. In the event of shock, shaking, or other vibrations, the player reads from the memory until the laser can read the CD again. However, when excessive vibration or shaking occurs, this feature may malfunction causing some sound skipping. If this happens, place the JX-CD573 on a level surface where there is little or no vibration to resume normal sound.
