IMPORTANT

Une pâte est appliquée en usine pour garantir une bonne lubrification du moteur lors des premières utilisations. Après avoir utilisé la trancheuse quelques fois, la première fois que vous retirez la lame, vous pouvez retirer l’excédent de pâte lubrifiante ou la laissez en place. Cette pâte est sans danger en cas d’ingestion et n’entre pas en contact avec la nourriture. Aucune lubrification additionnelle n’est nécessaire par la suite.

Un nettoyage normal de la surface de la lame est suffisant pour éviter toute contamination entre les aliments. Un nettoyage complet n’est nécessaire qu’occasionnellement.
