SAFETY CUT-OUT
•This cordless water kettle is protected with an automatic safety device, if accidentally switched on without water. Please bear in mind that only the thermostat is switched off in case of overheat, whereas the switch stays in the
•If this happens, switch off the appliance by putting the switch in the OFF position and wait about 10 minutes for the element to cool. Then pour in sufficient cold water to cover the element. This will reset the safety device.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

•To clean the exterior surfaces, simply wipe over with a soft, damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
•Never use abrasive products, powders or scouring pads.

•To remove mineral deposits from the water kettle, use products (decalcifying solutions) made especially available for this purpose. Make sure to use a type recommended for kettles or coffee makers. Follow the guidelines as recommended by the manufacturer of the
