BEFORE USE

This appliance runs on 6 x AAA/LR03 batteries.

Open the batteries housing by turning the stainless steel shaft anticlockwise and by raising it.

Insert the batteries in such a way that the polarity of each battery is respected and matches with the symbol indicated inside the housing.

To close the battery housing, put it back on the appliance and turn it clockwise until it gets locked.

Turn the transparent lid to expose the refill chambers

Fill the transparent tank with salt (on the side marked with a “S”) or pepper (on the side marked with a “P”), using the funnel supplied.

Close the lid by turning it back into its initial position.

USE

Before seasoning your meals, you can adjust the fineness of the ground salt and pepper by turning the adjustment wheels on the underside of the mill (one for pepper and one for salt).

To do so, turn the wheel clockwise for a finer grind and counterclockwise for a coarser grind.

Hold the appliance above the meal to season and push one of the buttons which is on top of the appliance. The light lights the part you are seasoning and enables a precise grinding.

MAINTENANCE

Disassemble the different parts of the appliance and clean them separately with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the mill in liquid or put it in a dishwasher. Do not use with wet hands. Do not use cleaning products or detergents.
