•Caution: during operation, the baking plates heat up. Pay attention not to get burned.
•Open the appliance and lightly brush or spray the cooking plates with butter, margarine or cooking oil.
•Pour some batter evenly into the 2 belgian waffle sections of the bottom cooking plate but not all the way to the edges and close the top of the appliance. Press the lid down for a moment to spread the batter evenly on the baking plate.
•Bake until golden brown. If necessary, adjust the temperature by turning the thermostat according to the desired browning level needed to bake, and wait until the “Ready” pilot light goes on.
