For KFH330:The temperature knob acts as an automatic thermostat:

Turn both selector and temperature knobs to high

Once a comfortable room temperature has been reached, slowly turn temperature knob anti-clockwise until you hear a click.

At this setting your heater will automatically cycle high and low to maintain the desired room temperature

Important – The front metal grill will become very hot during normal operation. Ensure that extreme care is taken when moving the unit and allow ample time for the front grill to cool down.

Overheating Safety device

Your heater is fitted with a safety device that switches off the heater in the event of overheating. Should the heater stop working, turn the heater off and inspect for blockage of air inlet or outlet.Wait at least 5 minutes for the protection system to reset before attempting to restart the heater.

If the heater fails to operate or the safety device switches the heater off again, return the heater to your nearest service centre for examination or repair.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Always turn off and then unplug the heater before cleaning.

Use only a clean, dry cloth to clean the external surfaces of the heater only.

If the heater has collected dust or dirt inside the unit or around the element, have the unit cleaned by a qualified service agent. Do not operate the heater in this condition.

Do not attempt to open the case of the heater at anytime, there are no customer serviceable parts inside.

When not in use, pack the heater, preferably in its original box for best protection, and store in a cool, clean and dry location.

Under normal operation in a dark environment it may be possible to see the heating element turn dull red during operation. This is a normal operation.
