Using Your Kambrook Slushie Maker

Before First Use

Remove all packaging material and promotional labels. Wash the ice chamber and base in warm, soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly. Wipe the motor body with a damp cloth.

NOTE: Please handle the ice chamber carefully as the shaving blade is sharp. Mishandling of the blade may cause injury.

Assembling/Operating the Slushie Maker

Place water in the freezer container leaving 1cm from the top to place the lid on. Then place the container in the freezer for 24 hours.

Place the motor body on a flat, dry surface. Ensure the power plug is unplugged from the power outlet.

Place a deep bowl or container onto the base platform to hold shaved ice.

Place the ice chamber into the base by lining up the flat sides and pushing the chamber down.

Once the water in the freezer container has set and formed into ice, remove the freezer container from the freezer.

Remove the block of ice from the freezer container. Place the ice in the ice chamber.

Place the motor body on top of the ice chamber. Plug the cord into a 230V or 240V power outlet and switch on at the power outlet.

Push the top of the motor housing to start shaving. Release the motor housing to stop shaving. When ice shaving is complete, unplug the Slushie Maker and clean. Please see Care, Cleaning and Storage for directions.
