Registration of DTS discs

Use the following procedure before playing the DTS disc.

Preparation

÷Load DTS discs into the carousel.

÷Check that the Mechanism-A is in the normal

play TRACK mode.

1Activate the DTS ANALOG MUTE mode.

1Press the MODE key.

3Select the DTS disc.

 

Select the disc number.

÷When the MODE key is pressed during DTS ANALOG MUTE mode, the DTS ANALOG MUTE mode is cancelled.

Each press switches the modes as follows:

1 MUSIC TYPE

2TITLE INPUT

3ALL DATA READ

4 ALL INFORMATION

5 DTS ANALOG MUTE

Each press switches the modes as follows:

1 MUTE ON

2MUTE OFF

SELECTTDISCSETM

÷The disc number can be selected directly by using the numeric keys in place of the DISC SKIP keys.

÷To register another DTS disc, repeat the procedure from step 3.

To quit DTS ANALOG MUTE mode

Press the MODE key.

To delete the DTS registration

Use the following procedure before moving or changing a DTS disc, and register the disc again.

1Perform steps 1 of “Registration of

DTS discs“.

2Select “MUTE OFF“.

3Select the DTS disc to be deleted.

Press the MODE key.

When a DTS disc is played, the audio signal is not output at the analog output jacks.
