With this unit, the following edit recording is possible according to the purpose.

Note	This unit cannot record on a high-position (Type
	II) tape or metal tape.

If you want to select the track to be recorded while playing a CD
Recording only desired titles	º

Perform this operation when a track you want to

CD ONE TRACK RECORDING \ record starts during CD playback. This starts recording of the track from the beginning.

	If you want to record a CD in order of track numbers
	Recording of an entire CD	⁄
		Perform the “CD DIRECT RECORDING” operation while
	CD DIRECT RECORDING	\ the CD player is in stop mode to start recording.

	Recording the programmed titles	¤

Program the desired tracks from up to 3 CD discs in CD PROGRAM RECORDING \ the desired order and record the programmed play-

back onto tape.

With recording onto tape, the track will be interrupted for the part of the guide tape at the tape reversal, where Note recording is not possible. Please use single-side recording if this is to be avoided.
