Adjusting the tone
TONE CONTROL
The low range (BASS) and the high range (TREBLE) each can be set to a desired level.
Three types of tone control can be set in advance.

1Select "TONE ?" as follows.
1Press the "menu" key.
2Select "TONE ?" with the
"volume/multi control"
knob.
3Press the "set" key.

2Select "TONE 1 ?" (or 2, 3) with the "vol-
ume/multi control" knob and press the
"set" key.
3Adjust the level for the low range (BASS)
with the volume/multi control knob and
press the "set" key.
4Adjust the level for the high range (TREBLE)
with the volume/multi control knob and
press the "set" key.

÷When the setting has been completed, re-
turn to the original display is made after dis-
play of "COMPLETE".
Listening with use of TONE CONTROL
Select and set the desired tone control setting set
in advance.
1Press the "sound" key repeatedly to select
"TONE 1", "TONE 2" or "TONE 3".
Each press switches the modes as follows.
"N.B.1"
"N.B.2"
* "TONE 1"
* "TONE 2"
* "TONE 3"
"SOURCE DIRECT"
"SOUND MODE OFF"
*"TONE 1(2,3)" is not displayed when
"BASS" and "TREBLE" both are set to "0".
÷To return to normal mode, press the "sound"
key repeatedly to select "SOUND MODE
OFF".

N.B. circuit (natural bass)
NB1 : The low range will be emphasized.
NB2 : The low range will be emphasized still further.

"N.B.1" or "N.B.2".
