Function of the KDC-M6024G/KDC-M6024

When there is a problem on playing a CD with special format,

this setting play the CD by force.

Display Setting

"CD READ 1" Play CD and MP3.

"CD READ 2" Play CD by force.

Setting "CD READ 2" cannot play MP3.

Some music CDs may not be played back even in the "CD READ 2"

mode.

CD Read Setting <In Standby mode>

Setting the timer to turn this unit's power OFF automatically

when Standby mode continues.

Using this setting can save the vehicle's battery power.

Display Setting

"OFF – – –" Power OFF Timer function is OFF.

"OFF 20MIN"/ "OFF 20M" Turns the power OFF after 20 minutes.

(Original setting)

"OFF 40MIN"/ "OFF 40M" Turns the power OFF after 40 minutes.

"OFF 60MIN"/ "OFF 60M" Turns the power OFF after 60 minutes.

This setting is done after setting <Security Code> (page 24).

Power OFF Timer

Setting the displayed text scroll.

Display Setting

"Scroll MANU"/ "SCL MANU" Doesn't scroll.

"Scroll Auto"/ "SCL AUTO" Scrolls when the display changes.

The text scrolled is shown below.
