Playback mode

Switching between Bluetooth devices

You need to register your Bluetooth audio player before using it with this unit. For more details, see <Registering a Bluetooth device> (page 38).

You need to select the Bluetooth audio player you wish to connect. Refer to <Selecting the Bluetooth device you wish to connect> (page 41).

Selecting a Bluetooth audio source

Press the [SRC] button.

Select the “BT AUDIO” display.

Pause and play

Press the [   ] button.

Music search

Push the Control knob rightward or leftward.

Fast forward or Fast backward of the song Push and hold the Control knob rightward or leftward

All or some of the operations above cannot be performed if the Bluetooth audio player is not ready for remote control.

Switching between Bluetooth audio sources does not start or stop playback automatically. Perform the operation for starting or stopping playback.

Some audio players cannot be controlled remotely or reconnected after Bluetooth disconnection. Operate the main unit of the audio player to connect a Bluetooth device.

You can select a playback mode, such as Random play and Repeat play.

1Select the Bluetooth audio source Press the [SRC] button.

Select the “BT AUDIO” display.

2Enter the Function setting mode Press and hold the Control knob.

3Select the Play function mode

Turn the Control knob to select “Play Mode”, and then press the Control knob.

4Select a desired playback mode

Turn the Control knob to select a playback mode, and then press the Control knob.

5Determine the selection Press the Control knob.

6Exit the Function setting mode Press and hold the [  ] button.

The available playback functions differ depending on the type of the connected Bluetooth audio player.

When two Bluetooth devices are connected, you can select the Bluetooth device you want to use.

1Select the Bluetooth audio source Press the [SRC] button.

Select the “BT AUDIO” display.

2Select a Bluetooth device Press the [PRESET] button.

“Device Priority” is displayed and the currently selected device name is displayed.
