Retaintheoriginaldated salesreceipt,Proofofpurchasedate is requiredwith anyrequestfor warranty repair,
Limited warranty coverage
Warrantyserviceisonlyavailablefrom within the country wherethe Productswereoriginallypurchased.You
mayberequiredto ship Products,atyourexpense,to theauthorizedservicefacility for thecountrywhere the
Productswerepurchased,Kodakwillrepairor replaceProductsif they fail to function properlyduring the
warrantyperiod,subjectto any conditionsand/orlimitations statedherein.Warrantyservicewill includeall
laboraswell asanynecessaryadjustmentsand/orreplacementparts,IfKodakis unableto repairor replacea
Product,Kodakwill,at its option, refundthepurchasepricepaid for the ProductprovidedtheProducthasbeen
returnedto Kodakalongwith proofof the purchasepricepaid,Repair,replacement,orrefundof the purchase
pricearethesole remediesunderthewarranty. If replacementpartsareusedin making repairs,thosepartsmay
beremanufactured,ormaycontain remanufacturedmaterials,If it is necessarytoreplacethe entire Product,it
maybereplacedwith a remanufacturedProduct,RemanufacturedProducts,partsandmaterialsarewarranted
forthe remainingwarrantyterm of theoriginal Product,or90days after the date of repairorreplacement,
whicheverislonger,
Limitations
ThiswarrantydoesnotcovercircumstancesbeyondKodak'scontrol,Thiswarrantydoesnot apply when failure
isdueto shippingdamage,accident,alteration,modification,unauthorizedservice,misuse,abuse,usewith
incompatibleaccessoriesorattachments(suchasthird party ink or inktanks), failure to follow Kodak's
operation,maintenanceorrepackinginstructions,failureto useitemssuppliedby Kodak(suchas adaptersand
cables),orclaimsmadeafter the durationof thiswarranty. Kodakmakesno other expressor impliedwarranty
forthis product,In the eventthat the exclusionof any impliedwarrantyis ineffectiveunderthe law,theduration
ofthe impliedwarrantywill be the lengthof the expresswarrantyperiodspecifiedonyour Kodakproduct
packaging,Theoptionof repair,replacement,orrefund is Kodak'sonlyobligation. Kodakwill not be
responsibleforanyspecial,consequentialorincidentaldamagesresultingfromthesale,purchase,oruseof this
productregardlessofthecause.Liabilityforany special,consequentialor incidentaldamages(includingbutnot
limitedto lossof revenueor profit,downtime costs,lossof the useofthe equipment,cost of substitute
equipment,facilitiesorservices,orclaimsof yourcustomersforsuch damagesresultingfromthe purchase,use,
orfailure of theProduct),regardlessofcauseor for breachofany written or impliedwarrantyis expressly
disclaimed.
