FUNKCE ZASTAVENÍ KAPÁNÍ
Jak se ukáže na otáčivém regulátoru, je žehlení s napařováním možné teprve při určitém nastavením teploty. U běžných napařovacích žehliček se může stát, že voda při příliš nízké žehlící teplotě ze žehlicí plochy vykapává. Tato žehlička má funkci vypnutí
ŽEHLENÍ NA SUCHO
Žehlička se může použít k žehlení na sucho, dokonce i když je voda v nádrži. Nedávejte vodu do nádrže, jestliže by se žehlička měla používat k žehlení na sucho VÍCE HODIN.
•Postavte žehličku na zadní stranu a strčte síťovou zástrčku do zásuvky.
•Nastavte regulátor páry do pozice 0.
•Nastavte regulátor teploty na požadovanou teplotu.
•Když zhasne kontrolní světlo zahřívání, dosáhla žehlička potřebnou teplotu.
POKYNY K OCHRANĚ A ÚDRŽBĚ ŽEHLIČKY
•Vyvarujte se žehlení přes zipy a nýty, protože mohou poškrábat plotýnku žehličky. Dbejte na to, aby zůstala žehlicí plocha hladká.
•Složení vody a jejích minerálů je podle místa bydliště velmi rozdílné. Jestliže je voda ve Vašem bydlišti velmi tvrdá, doporučujeme k zajištění optimální funkční schopnosti žehličky vodu destilovanou, která je k dostání v obchodě.
•Nerozebírejte nebo neopravujte žehličku sami.
•Vytáhněte po každém použití zástrčku ze zásuvky a nechte žehličku vychladnout. Otřete žehlicí plochu vlhkým hadrem, na který můžete podle potřeby nanést nepěnivý čistící prostředek. Kryt očistěte vlhkým hadrem.
VYPRÁZDNĚNÍ A ULOŽENÍ
•Zajistěte, že bude žehlička odpojena od elektrické sítě.
•Odstraňte zbytky vody tím, že žehličkou lehce zatřesete.
•Dbejte po každém použitím na to, aby voda nezůstala v nádržce přístroje.
•Žehličku nasaďte na ochranný kryt (OCHRANNÝ KRYT NEPOUŽÍ-
VEJTE PŘI ŽEHLENÍ)
•Kabel oviňte okolo navíjení kabelu na zadní straně žehličky.
•Žehličku ukládejte vždy ve vodorovné poloze na pevném povrchu nastojato a chráněnou krytem. Nechte žehličku zcela vychladnout, než ji odstavíte k uložení.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
To reduce the risk of electrical shock or fire, resulting in injury or damage, take the following precautions:
•Do not use the iron near or under curtains or other inflammable materials and never leave it unattended while connected or on an ironing board.
•Use this iron only for its intended use. In case of unintended use there is danger of injury for the user and damage on the device.
•To protect against a risk of electric shock, do not immerse the iron in water or other liquids.
•The iron should always be turned to MIN before plugging or unplugging from outlet. Never pull the cord to disconnect from outlet to avoid damaging the cord. Instead, grasp plug and pull to disconnect.
•Do not allow the cord to touch hot surfaces, it could be damaged.
•Let the iron cool completely before putting it away to prevent fire.
•Put the iron on the storage cover and loop the cord around iron when storing.
•Always disconnect the iron from the electrical outlet when filling it with water or emptying it and when the iron is not in use.
•Do not operate an iron with a damaged cord or if the iron has been dropped or damaged. To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not disassemble the iron; take it to the customer service for examination and repair. Incorrect reassembly can cause a risk of electric shock when the iron is used.
•Close supervision is necessary if the iron is being used by or near children, they cannot realize the risks that could result from using electrical appliances.
•Burns can occur from touching hot metal parts, hot water or steam. Use caution when you turn a steam iron upside down – there may be hot water in the water tank.
•All repair work should be carried out by an approved service center.
•Push the steam button a few times and lightly shake the iron after use to ensure all water is drained. The remaining moisture will evaporate if you then plug in the cord and heat iron for a few moments.
•This iron is intended for home use only.
•Keep these instructions in a safe place.

HOW TO USE YOUR IRON
BEFORE FIRST USE
•Before using the iron for the first time, check if the voltage rating on the base plate corresponds to the mains voltage in your home.
•Remove the storage cover, sticker or any protective items from the soleplate.
•It is important to remove any residues of the polishing compound, used on the soleplate, which may have lodged in the steam vents. Using the measuring cup supplied, pour water into the iron up to the MAX line. Clean the steam vents by using “Calc Clean” system. (See using the Calc Clean Button). When finished, wipe the soleplate with an old cloth. Cotton swabs may be used to clean and dry the steam vents.
•Some parts of the iron have been slightly greased and as a result the iron may smoke slightly when switched on for the first time. After a short while, however, this will cease.
•Normal tap water can usually be used for ironing. But if you live in a hard water area we recommend to use distilled water to insure optimum performance of your iron.
