Utilisation

Check to ensure that the string of lights is unda- maged and all parts and remnants of the packa- ging are removed from it.

Check to ensure that every pinned socket con- tains a bulb. If not, insert replacement bulbs.

Insert the connector plug w into the connector power pack q.

Push the retainer nut e over it and screw it tight.

Changing bulbs Caution:

The bulbs have a pinned socket, not a threaded socket! Do not attempt to screw the bulbs out and do not use any tools. If you do, the bulb glass could splinter.

Risk of injury!

Remove the bulb r together with the pinned plug t from the pinned socket y.

For replacements, only use the type of bulb de- tailed in the technical data. Using more power- ful bulbs, or those with different wattages, could lead to the other bulbs becoming too hot or to an overload of the power cable.

Insert the new bulb r complete with its pinned plug t into the pinned socket y. The pinned plug t is at the lead, thus the bulb cannot be incorrectly inserted.
