Press the menu button to activate the playback menu.
Use the right key to highlight the setup 1 tab at the top of the menu.

Use the left and right keys to select the item to be changed. Use the zoom lever to adjust the item.
Press the enter button to set the clock and calendar. The playback menu will be displayed.
