TROUBLE SHOOTING

•Shut down the computer and all the devices in your SCSI chain, then check the SCSI cables, SCSI ID connection, power cord, and SCSI ID.

•Check that the SCSI ID is not being used by another SCSI device.
•Remove the film holder and click on OK.
•Scanner door opened during setup. Close scanner door.
•Load film into the film holder.
•Set the correct film type.

•Increase the memory requirements for the host application.
•If you have scanned multiple images, close and relaunch the host application.
•Contact a Minolta Service Facility to change the fluorescent lamp.
