Working with the K61P
The K61P is unique – a USB MIDI controller that also can play great internal keyboard sounds. This makes it perfect for going from your computer home studio to gigs and rehearsals. Plus, when used with your computer it provides these essential sounds without making any “demands” on your CPU.
1.Press the Bank key to select one of the three banks of eight sounds > Press one of the eight program keys to select a sound.
2.Press the REVERB or CHORUS keys to add effects to the internal sounds. There are three levels of each effect, and the keys are
Unlit = Off
Green = Light effect
Orange = Standard effect
Red = Deep effect
3.To transpose the keyboard, hold down the BANK key until it flashes > Press the PIANO 2 key: it will flash > Play the desired key between C3 and C5 > Press the BANK key to exit >To return the keyboard to C=C, repeat this step and press the note C4.
