SENDING A STORED MESSAGE
To send a stored message, turn on the Krown 100, connect the phone handset, and dial the number to
which you want to send the message. When you get an answering message and a “GA” (Go Ahead)
from the party you are dialing, press the CTRL key and at the same time, the number or the memory
area which your message is stored. Your message will be sent. Before and after sending a stored mes-
sage, you can type messages in the usual manner. To interrupt sending a message, type CTRLand 4.

DELETING A STORED MESSAGE
You can erase (or “clear”) all of the information in a memory area by typing CTRLand 8 (CLEAR).
You will be prompted to enter the number of the area to be cleared.
Ex: Choose area 1
Or if you want to clear Directory , press...
Press Y to clear, Press N to keep.
Clears all Directories
To clear auto answer message, press...
Clears Auto-Answer message.
To clear Emergency address, press...
Clears emergency address.
VIEWING A STORED MESSAGE
To read a message stored in memory, you must first access the memory areas. Then you should type a
number to tell the Krown 100 where the message is stored.
