Erasing all contacts

You can erase all contacts from the Contacts directory.

1.Select Menu → Settings → Security.

2.Enter your four-digit lock code.

3.Select Erase Contacts.

4.Select Yes to erase all contacts. A message appears: “Erase ALL contacts?”

5.Select Yes to erase all contacts.

Setting message alerts

You can choose how you want be alerted of incoming voicemail, pages, or text messages.

1.Select Menu → Settings → Messaging → Alerts.

2.Select the type of alert: Message Alert, Net Alert, Page Alert, or Voicemail Alert.

3.Press to select an option:

–Vibrate, Beep, Tune1, Tune2, or play a tune once when

or Tune3—Set the phone to vibrate, beep, a new message is received.
