Pressing the number with the numeric keys changes the screen to the fax number entry screen. Checking Details You can use the procedure below to check the details of documents forwarded to a Sub Address Box. 6-20 Selecting the Originals. 6-21 Deleting Originals after Printing from a Sub Address Box To automatically delete the originals printed form the Sub Address Box, use the following operation. The original is deleted after printing. Deleting Originals from a Sub Address Box Use the procedure below to delete an original that you have forwarded to a Sub Address Box.
