Driveline

Disconnect driveline from the tractor and slide apart

Quantity = Clean & coat the inner tube of the driveline with a

light ﬁlm of grease and then reassemble

ROTATING DRIVELINE

Gearbox

Check oil levelin the gearbox by removing the side plug in

thegearbox case. If the oil level is low, removethe top plug in

the gearboxcase and ﬁll with EP90 oil until oil ﬂows from the

side port of gearbox case. Reinstall plugs and tighten.

Typeof Lubrication: EP90 Oil

Quantity = ﬁll until oil ﬂows from the side port of gearbox

case.

NOTE: Do not overﬁll! Cutter should be level when

checking oil.

T-Box

Check oil levelin the t-box by removing the side plug in the t-

box case. If the oil levelis low, remove the top plug in the t-

boxcase and ﬁll with EP90 oil until oil ﬂows from the side port

of t-box case. Reinstall plugs and tighten.

Typeof Lubrication: EP90 Oil

Quantity = ﬁll until oil ﬂows from the side port of t-box case.

NOTE: Do not overﬁll! Cutter should be level when

checking oil.
