Set up:
• Secure the board using the hook & loop connection tabs to lock the board into a triangular shape. The game you choose to play should be facing up.
• Pick an appropriate distance to toss the bean bags and mark the line so that all players toss from the same distance.
• Scoring has been simplified for these games.
• Use the storage pockets on the board to hold the bean bags when not in play.
Baseball Toss — Addition Game
For 2 Players or 2 Teams
How to play the game:
Each player or team chooses a bean bag color. On your turn, take all five bean bags and toss them one at a time into the pockets. Do not use the numbers on the bean bags for this game. Each time a bean bag misses the board completely or does not land inside a pocket, it counts as an out. Once you have three outs, or you have tossed all five bean bags, your turn for that inning is over. It is now the next player’s turn.
Scoring:
The point values for the pockets are: 1st base = 1 point
2nd base = 2 points
3rd base = 3 points Home run = 4 points
Write your points in your inning box. Add them up to get your score for that inning. See scoring example below.
After nine innings, add up the scores to get your final score. The player with the highest score wins the game!
For team play, switch players after each inning.
