Align the notch on the contact edge of the new memory module with the
protrusion of the socket and gently insert the memory module into the
socket at a 30-45° angle. Then pivot the memory module down until it
snaps into place. Ensure that the memory module is firmly installed and
cannot be moved easily.

Reinstall the compartment cover, and then reinstall the screws to secure
the cover.

Reinstall the battery pack.

Turn the computer over again. Connect the AC power adapter and all
cables.
To make sure that the memory module is installed correctly, do the
following:

Turn off the computer.

Press the Novo button and then select BIOS Setup. The System Memory
item shows the total amount of memory installed in your computer.
Attention:
•Do not touch the contact edge of the memory module to avoid any damage.
