Viewing the Display Screen
This list identifies the symbols you’ll see on your display screen.
䊳shows your current signal strength.
The more lines you have, the stronger your signal.
䊳means your phone cannot find a signal.
䊳tells you a call is in progress.
䊳indicates you are “roaming” off the Sprint Nationwide
PCS Network. (If you are roaming on an analog system, your
phone’s main display will show both the roaming icon and an
“Analog Roam” text alert.)
䊳indicates you have new text messages.
䊳indicates you have voicemail messages.
Press and hold to call your voicemail.
䊳indicates you have new text and voice messages.
䊳indicates you have new downloads.
䊳indicates you are connected to PCS Vision Services.
䊳indicates your phone’s Position Location feature is active.
䊳indicates your phone is operating in TTYmode. (For
information on your phone’s TTY capability, see page 37.)
䊳shows your current battery charge strength.
(Icon shown fully charged.)

and whether you’re operating in digital or
analog mode.
