and Sound settings.

Airplane mode

Airplane mode allows you to quickly turn off all

wireless connections.

1From the

WIRELESS & NETWORKS

section, tap

and tap the

Airplane

mode

checkbox to turn it on (a blue

checkmark will appear).

2Tap again to turn it off.

1Press and hold the Power/Lock Key and

tap Airplane mode.

2Press and hold the Power/Lock Key and

tap Airplane mode again to turn it off.

Wi-Fi Direct

Wi-Fi Direct supports a direct connection

between Wi-Fi enabled devices without an

access point. Due to the high battery usage of

Wi-Fi direct, it is recommended that you plug

your phone into a power outlet while using the

Wi-Fi Direct feature.

To turn on Wi-Fi Direct:

1. Tap the Menu Key > Settings.

2. From the WIRELESS & NETWORKS list,

tap More... >Wi-Fi Direct > Wi-Fi Direct

>OK.
