Pairing with another

Bluetooth device

By pairing your New Chocolate BL40 with another device, you can set up a passcode protected connection.

This makes your pairing more secure.

1Check that your Bluetooth is On. You can change your visibility using the Settings menu.

2Touch New device to search.

3Your New Chocolate BL40 will search for Bluetooth devices. When the search is completed Refresh icon will appear on the screen.

4Choose the device you want to pair with and enter a passcode, then touch OK.

5Your phone will then connect to the other device, on which you will need to enter the same passcode.

6Your passcode-protected Bluetooth connection is now ready.

Using a Bluetooth headset

1Check that your Bluetooth is On.

2Follow the instructions that came with your headset to put it in pairing mode and pair your devices.
