Esto le permite usar sólo las funciones del teléfono que no requieren del uso de la red inalámbrica cuando esté en un avión o en lugares en los que se previene la red inalámbrica.

Si ajusta el modo de vuelo como activado, el icono se mostrará en la pantalla en lugar del icono de señal de red.

]Encendido: No puede realizar (ni recibir) llamadas, incluidas las de emergencia, ni usar otras funciones que requieran cobertura de red

]Apagado: Puede desactivar el modo de vuelo y reiniciar su terminal para acceder a la red.

Menú 9.9

Este menú se utiliza para reanudar la actualización interrumpida del software. Si sale un nuevo software, el servidor de Cingular se lo comunica a los dispositivos mediante un mensaje de empuje WAP. Antes de descargar los nuevos paquetes de actualización del software del servidor de Cingular y actualizar el software, se preguntará a los usuarios si desean posponer estas operaciones.

El tiempo de recordatorio puede ser de 30 minutos, 1 hora, 3 horas horas. Cuando el tiempo concluye, se advierte de nuevo a los usuarios o éstos pueden reanudar la operación interrumpida utilizando este menú en cualquier momento.
