Yourdehumidifier is designed to serve you year-
round.It needs practically no attention. However,
youshould check your dehumidifier and inspect the
coilsannually.
Youmay want an Authorized Service Center to
performthis annual checkup. (Cost of the inspection
isthe owner’s responsibility.)

Ifyou are familiar with electrical appliances and their
functions,listed below are instructions which would
allowyou to perform the inspection and
maintenancefor yourself.
Cleaning the front case, bucket
and cabinet
Cleanthe front case and the cabinet with a soft
cloth,warm water, and a mild detergent.
Cleanthe grille with a vacuum attachment or brush.
Donot use bleach or abrasives.
Cleaning the air filter
1.Remove water bucket from the cabinet.
Pullout the air filter as shown above.
2.Wash air filter with warm water and a mild
detergent.Rinse and dry it.
Replaceit in place.
Cleaning the coil
1.Remove Front Grille from the cabinet as shown
above.
2.Brush the coil gently like in the figure.
Ifnecessary use warm water and a mild
detergent.Rinse and dry thoroughly.
CAUTION : Be careful not to
spray thecoil with awater hose.
Becareful! Sharp edges!

•Disconnectpower supply cord from receptacle
beforeperforming any maintenance.
•Becareful when cleaning the coils.
Finsare sharp.
