3.Choose information types to synchronise.

vWhen you finish the wizard, ActiveSync synchronises your device automatically. Once synchronization completes, you can disconnect your device from your PC.

Set up synchronization in Windows Mobile Device Center

When you connect your device to your PC and startWindows Mobile Device Center for the first time, you are asked to create aWindows Mobile partnership with your device. Follow the steps below to create a partnership.
