WARRANTY: Should your LG Refrigerator ("Product") fail due to a defect in material or workmanship under normal home use during the warranty period set forth below, LG Canada will at its option repairor replace the Product upon receipt of proof of original retail purchase. This warranty is valid only to the original retail purchaser of the product and applies only to a Productdistributed in Canada by LG Canada or an authorized Canadian distributor thereof. The warranty only applies to Products located and used within Canada.

4.DamageresultingfromoperatingtheProductina corrosiveatmosphereor contraryto theinstructionsoutlinedinthe Productowner'smanual.
5.Damageto theProductcausedbyaccidents,pestsandvermin,lightning,wind, fire,floods,oractsof God.
6.Damageresultingfromthemisuse,abuse,improperinstallation,repair,or maintenanceofthe Product. Improperrepairincludesuseof partsnotapproved orspecifiedby LGCanada.
7.Damageorproductfailurecausedby unauthorizedmodificationoralteration,or useforotherthan its intendedpurpose,orresultingfrom anywaterleakagedue to improperinstallation.
8.Damageor Productfailurecausedbyincorrectelectricalcurrent,voltage,or plumbingcodes,commercialorindustrialuse,oruse of accessories, components,orcleaningproductsthatare notapprovedbyLG Canada.
9.Damagecausedbytransportationand handling,includingscratches,dents, chips,and/orotherdamagetothefinishof yourproduct,unlesssuchdamage
resultsfrom defectsinmaterialsorworkmanshipandis reportedwithinone(1) weekof delivery.
10.Damageormissingitemsto any display,open box,discounted,orrefurbished Product.
11.Productswithoriginalserialnumbersthathavebeenremoved,altered,orcannot be readilydetermined.ModelandSerialnumbers,alongwithoriginalretailsales receipt,are requiredforwarrantyvalidation.
12.increasesinutilitycostsandadditionalutilityexpenses.
13.Replacementof lightbulbs,filters,or anyconsumableparts.
14.Repairswhenyour Productis usedinotherthan normalandusualhousehold use (including,withoutlimitation,commercialuse,inofficesor recreational facilities)orcontrarytothe instructionsoutlinedintheProductowner'smanual.
15.Costsassociatedwithremovalof the Productfromyourhomefor repairs. 16.The removaland reinstallationof the Productif it is installedinan inaccessible
locationoris notinstalledin accordancewithpublishedinstallationinstructions, includingthe Productowner'sandinstallationmanuals.
17.Shelves,doorbins,drawers,handles,andaccessoriesto theProduct.Also excludedare partsbesidesthosethatwereoriginallyincludedwiththe Product.
All costs associated with the above excluded circumstances shall be borne by the consumer.
