Accessing the Security Menu

All of your phone’s security settings are available through the Security menu. You must enter your lock code to view the Security menu.

ToaccesstheSecuritymenu:

1.Press Menu (left softkey) to access the main menu.

2.Select Settings ( 7 ).

3. Scroll to Security and press OK .

4.Enter your lock code to display the Security menu.

Tip:	If you can’t recall your lock code, try using the last four digits
	of either your Social Security number or your wireless Phone
	number or try 0000 or NATL (6285). If none of these work, call
	Customer Service at 1-888-211-4PCS (4727).

When your phone is locked, you can only receive incoming calls or make calls to 911, or special numbers. (See “Using Special Numbers”on page 61.)

Tolockyourphone:

1.From the Security menu, scroll to LockPhone and press OK .

2. Highlight Locknow and press OK . (To set your phone to lock the next time it is turned on, select Onpowerup and press OK .)
